Meet Eric

Hello! My name is Eric. I’ve been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for over 10 years, including experience with adolescent and adult mental health. My experience includes working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity and self concept (LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming), communication and relationships, emotion regulation, and grief and loss.
